For the AnaBelt app, test version (TestFlight). Updated 3 November 2026.
AnaBelt is an attendance, belt and progress app for martial arts clubs, made by AnaVitalis Pty Ltd (ACN 703 031 565), Melbourne, Australia.
The test version uses made-up data only
The beta runs on a built-in set of invented clubs, members and classes. It does not connect to our servers, it has no real accounts, and nothing you type is sent to us or anyone else. Anything you enter stays on your device and is cleared when the app restarts. Please don’t enter real people’s details.
What is kept on your device
Only which demo login you last used, so you stay signed in after closing the app. No passwords are stored. Deleting the app removes it.
Camera
The door check-in screen can use the camera to read member QR codes. Images are read on the device and are not saved or sent anywhere.
Other services
Some technique videos open on YouTube, which has its own privacy policy. Apple collects TestFlight crash reports and any feedback you choose to send, under Apple’s privacy policy.
Tracking
No analytics, advertising or tracking.
Before real member data
Before any club enters real members, we will publish a full privacy policy here. It will cover what we collect, how children’s information is protected, where it is stored (Australia), and your rights under the Australian Privacy Principles.
